Taking off from the Koorawatha Pub, the riders took part in a mystery trip to Gooloogong and Forbes before returning to the Koorawatha Hall for a night of fun and entertainment.
Koorawatha Biker Bash organiser, Jamie Lambshead said he was hoping to improve on last year's total in terms of both participants and money raised.
"It's everything I hoped for and hopefully, hopefully it will keep growing," he said.
"$7500 for our first day, hoping to at least do as good this year, as long as we hit the thousands, we're going good."
Mr Lambshead came up with the event last year after being diagnosed with leukemia himself.
"I'm lucky, I've got the one you want to get if you're going to get one," he said.
"Another 12 months and hopefully I can go off my chemo tablets."
Attracting riders from across the state, Mr Lambshead said it's a great way to make new friends and raise money for important causes.
"From the south coast, Sydney, Dubbo, from everywhere," he said.
"Lots of friends, make new friends all the time, that's the best thing about riding a motorcycle.
"It's a good time, there's so many events that raise money for all the charities."
