Driver told police he “forgot” he had lost his licence
A West Pennant Hills man told Cowra police he “just forgot” he had lost his licence when he was stopped on Lynch Street for a random breath test.

Shao Kechun, 21, of West Pennant Hills originally told police he didn’t have his licence on him.
When challenged by police who discovered he was disqualified he said “I just forgot. My passenger was getting tired so I drove”.
When his matter was determined in Cowra Local Court this month he was disqualified for six months and fined $400.
