Unlicenced driver off the road for six months
Chapman was charged after police witnessed CCTV footage of him driving. Police were looking at the footage in relation to another matter.
He had been disqualified in September 5 last year and was able to renew his licence on December 6 but had not done so.
Police observed footage of him driving on December 13, last year.
