FOR MORE than 70 years, Mulyan Public School has been providing quality education to the children of Cowra and district. The teaching and support staff are experienced, dedicated educators, who have the interests and wellbeing of the students as their primary concern. All students are treated as individuals and our focus is on educating students to be engaged learners, who blossom into confident and creative individuals. Mulyan Public School is situated on 3.5 hectares of green play spaces for students

to run and grow. There are a range of activities available to cater for all interests at play and sport time.

Play in the natural environment is supported to help students grow and learn as individuals. Sport is a proud tradition with many students representing the region in a wide

range of sports and dance. The school runs 17 classes including three support classes. Classes are mainly straight grades at the request of the community. The student population includes pupils from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds including a large number of Aboriginal students.

Programs are offered to support students explore their cultural heritage. The school's community values of respect, responsibility and resilience are reinforced through the everyday practices of the stronger, smarter philosophy. There is a range of quality learning support programs offered at the school including social and emotional learning, MaqLit, MiniLit, gifted and talented programs through Aurora College and NDIS delivered specialist programs facilitated for individual students through occupational and speech therapists. Wellbeing is a major focus.
