Global Citizenship

St Raphael’s proudly participates in the Cowra Seikei Exchange and Japanese Study Tours, with 41 students traveling to Japan over the past three years. These life-changing experiences build cultural understanding and international friendships, aligning with Cowra’s broader mission of peace and reconciliation.

Sporting Excellence

Our students excel across a wide range of sports, representing at regional (Diocesan) and state (NSWCCC) levels. Our high-performance training program supports elite athletes and builds key life skills such as resilience, teamwork, discipline, and leadership.

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award

A highlight for many, the Duke of Edinburgh program empowers students to achieve Bronze, Silver, and Gold awards. Through outdoor challenges, volunteering, and skill development, students grow in confidence, independence, and community engagement.

Academic Achievement

Led by our dedicated Leader of Teaching and Learning and Literacy Coach, we maintain high academic standards across all year levels. Our students consistently exceed expected learning growth in NAPLAN and achieve strong HSC results, including the highest ATAR in Cowra in 2024. Success in VET courses—including Primary Industries, Hospitality, Construction, and soon Metal Fabrication—reflects our commitment to relevant, career-focused learning.
