It didn't take long for the side to kick into action Jared Robinson scoring the first four points of the match two minutes after kick-off.
Penalties awarded in favour of the visitors within the first 20 acted as the spark to the fire from the Dragons breath that soon led to eight separate players lighting up the scoreboard.
Robinson, who scored three tries, says defence was undoubtedly the difference between winning and losing the round 12 clash.
"It was a good game, we're pretty happy with the 68 points, but the main thing we spoke about was trying to keep them at nil," he said.
The Blayney Bears will travel to Cowra this week to take on an inconsistent Magpies outfit at Sid Kallas Oval, while Mudgee will take on the Orange Hawks away.
