"It's a great opportunity to discover and dine in our own backyard," Mr Core said.
"The NSW Government is launching Dine & Discover NSW to encourage the community to get out and about, supporting dining, arts and tourism businesses and stimulating spending in the economy."
All NSW residents over the age of 18 will be entitled to $100 worth of vouchers (two $25 vouchers for dining, and two $25 vouchers for going out).
"Why not support local, and treat yourself to a night out in Cowra?" Mr Core said.
Dine & Discover NSW is being rolled out this month in more and more Local Government Areas (LGAs).
By the end of March, the vouchers will be available for use across the state.
Once you have your vouchers, you'll be able to use them at participating businesses across NSW.
Cowra businesses already registered to take advantage of the vouchers include the Imperial Hotel, Tastebuds, Cafe Ruze, McDonalds and Cowra Services Club.
To date, in Canowindra the vouchers can be used at the Canowindra Trading Post.
The vouchers can be used at participating NSW businesses that are registered as COVID Safe.
They cannot be used on public holidays and are are valid to 30 June 2021.
More information on how to find out if you are eligible for the vouchers and where you can use them is available on the Service NSW website.
