Conron Stockcrete's Rachel and Joel Conron were presented the award by Richard Morgan from the Imperial Hotel at the Cowra Business Awards on Saturday night.
Mrs Conron thanked the Cowra Business Chamber, their staff, friends and family, and congratulated the other nominees in the category.
"Huge thank you to the Cowra Business Chamber for all your support throughout the year and all the effort you guys go to in turning out this fabulous event," she said.
"A big congratulations to all the finalists, it was a very inspiring list of people to be included amoungst.
"More importantly, a huge thank you to our team of guys, very proud of what you do every week and a huge thanks to our family and friends and our wonderful supporters."
