Member for Cootamundra Steph Cooke visited the hall on Monday where she announced $14,334 in funding for the units.
Billimari Public Hall Crown Land Manager Secretary Cathy Smith said the community is excited to receive the upgrade at the Hall.
"We have applied for many grants to have the air conditioning installed and at long last, we are able to do so," she said.
"We would like to thank the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment - Crown Lands and Steph Cooke for her support in achieving this for the community."
Ms Cooke said the air conditioning was a welcomed upgrade.
"With a dry, hot summer ahead of us, it is wonderful to be here in Billimari to announce funding for some much needed air conditioning," she said.
"The Billimari Hall is an important community facility that is widely used by the people of Billimari, Cowra and Canowindra for a number of meetings and events.
"Groups such as the Cowra Musical and Dramatic Society use it for its annual stage production, while a number of private groups choose the Hall to host their weddings and parties."
"This much-loved Hall is the hub of the Billimari community and this grant will make it more comfortable for year-round use," she said.
Funding was secured under the Crown Reserves Improvement Fund.
