The reigning premiers were dominant in last year's tournament, only dropping one game en route to a grand final victory against a highly credentialed Young team.
16 teams and around 250 players from across the Central West are expected to take part in the day, with teams from Huskisson, Orange, Bathurst, Mudgee, Dubbo, Gulgong, Wagga, Young, Tahmoor and Northern Riverina all set to take part.
This year's organiser, Steve Ford, who slotted home the winning goal last year but is unsure as yet whether he'll throw the boots on this time around, said it promises to be a fun weekend, with local businesses set to benefit from the influx of visitors.
"The whole point of it is a friendship meeting," Ford explained.
"The weather's perfect, we've got a fully stocked canteen, we get a a lot of supporters there but it'd be great to see a few more.
"[People say] it's so relaxed, so friendly... Most feedback is that it's the best tournament on the circuit."
Action kicks off at 8.30am on Saturday and runs through to 6pm, with Sunday's finals commencing from 9am. Entry is free, though visitors are encouraged to make use of the canteen facilities.
