CINC will be holding their annual NAIDOC Week march down Kendal Street on Monday, July 8, followed by a flag raising ceremony at River Park.
CINC will then host a Family Fun Day, with 14 stalls, a service expo, games, activities and prizes.
A free barbecue lunch will also be provided.
CINC CEO, Fran Stead, said the day is one of inclusion to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
"We get asked the question all the time, if people who aren't Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander are meant to march, it's for everyone," she said.
"It's school holidays so we would love to see as many children there as possible, it's a free family day out."
Under the theme - Voice.Treaty.Truth. Let's work together for a shared future - NAIDOC week 2019 will be held nationally from Sunday, July 7 and will continue through to Sunday, July 14.
Voice. Treaty. Truth. were three key elements to the reforms set out in the Uluru Statement from the Heart.
These reforms represent the unified position of the First Nations Australians.
The 2019 theme acknowledges that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have always wanted an enhanced role in decision-making in Australia's democracy.
The theme also aims at highlighting various First Nations' desires for lasting and effective agreements such as Treaties.
