Around 40 riders and their historic machines will be converging on the town for three days of rides around Cowra.
The Vintage motorcycle club is Australia's oldest Vintage club and the machine s ridden are all manufactured prior to 1948.
"We chose Cowra because the roads are pretty good and very quiet, which is good for our machines that tend to be a bit slower than most traffic and don't stop very well,” said Hans Sprangers, president of the VMCC.
“There is also a very enthusiastic local vintage movement and Cowra is a central point for riders coming from Sydney and Canberra.
"We are also hoping that some local riders may join us and come along for the ride."
The Vintage club will be having rallies on Friday, November 9, Saturday, November 10 and Sunday, November 11.
The club will be holding a static display in the car park opposite the tourist information centre from 9am on Saturday, November 10 before heading off to Gooloogong.
"We would like to invite any members of the public to come and see and hear these unique machines, chat with the riders and share our enthusiasm for these pioneering machines.”
