The juniors swapped their Magpies jerseys for representative Group 10 jumpers.
Bill Statham, Mitchell Amos, Jay Cogan and Aeryc Sansum played exceptionally well for the under 14s representative team, losing their grand final after three hard fought matches throughout the weekend. The boys lost 18-10 against Illawarra first up before responding with a 14-0 victory over Group 16 but were edged out 32-12 by Canberra in the final game of the weekend.
Josh Pokoney and Hayden Mullins in the 15s went one better, winning their grand final on the Sunday.
The result means the 15s progress to Cessnock where they will face the might of the Northern Division winners.
Group 10 recovered from an early 18-6 loss against Illawarra to register wins against Group 16 and Canberra to book their spot to in the Country NSW Plate Final against Group 21.
All boys played well and represented the Cowra Magpies Club with distinction.
Well done, boys.
