The store received extensive smoke and heat damage on Saturday afternoon after a fire started on the premise.
Optimal Pharmacy Manager Lisa Rue said there was no definite re-opening date.
"No idea, it will be happening," Lisa said.
"We are working with the insurance company to find out when."
Lisa said the cause of the fire was also still unknown.
"It was possibly an electrical fault," Lisa said.
"It's possible the entire store will have to be gutted."
In the meantime, the two chemists have combined and Lisa and her staff are helping with the increase in demand at Zest Pharmacy.
"It's a little bit crazy but we are slowly getting there, we are working on getting more computers up here," Lisa said.
"The customers have been so patient."
Whilst a large percentage of the stock was damaged, all customer script files were salvageable and have been transferred to Zest Pharmacy.
"Just in case any customers were worried, all scripts are up here," Lisa said.
