An inspired innings of 46 retired from Cowra representative, Sam McNaught, catapulted the Swaggies to the required total of 133 in the 19th over.
He was supported by Kurt Johnstone (17 retired) and Dave Howarth (14) before Zac Kerr (two not out) hit the winnings runs.
Earlier, McNaught's younger brother Jacob, who recently returned from the under 19s national championships, hit 37 retired for the Bushrangers while Cam Edgar (20) and Josh Bell (21) also chimed in. Angus McFarland's leg-spin (2-4) was the pick of the bowlers.
Player of the day, Sam McNaught was presented with the winners trophy at the conclusion of the game by Cowra's Australia Day Special guest Gold medal Paralympian Jodi Elkington.
