Cowra's Ben Watt and Jocelyn Date have added to their growing medal collection at the 2014 National Rowing Regatta at the Sydney International Regatta Centre.

Held over seven days from Monday, March 24, the Kinross Wolaroi students bagged four medals between them in a school haul that far exceeded previous performances at the event.
As the only schoolboy crew entered against universities and clubs, Watt and KWS team mate Ned Yeomans won Gold in the Men's Club Double Scull covering the 2000 metres in 6:48.18.
The pair then combined with Newcastle's Odin MacIntosh and Cranbrook's Harry MacGibbon in an Under 19 composite crew to win the Quad Scull in 6:10.82.
This was a remarkable effort considering, due to a last minute change, the crew had never been in a boat together before the heat.
Watt's third medal of the regatta, a silver, came in the Schoolboy Coxed Quad Scull where he teamed with Ned Yeomans, Joe Yeomans, Nick Filmer and cox Ross Alston to finish behind St Josephs Nugee, Brisbane.
The successful combination of Watt and Ned Yeomans also raced in the Under 19 Double final.
In what was their third race on the day, the pair battled fatigue to finish fifth.
For Date, the regatta was a pleasure and pain experience with her under 17 Coxed Quad Scull crew of Sophie Broadley, Rebecca Crisp, Kate Hall and cox Matilda Starr rowing strongly to win a bronze medal.
However, following the medal winning performance, she was taken to hospital due to illness and missed her Schoolgirl Quad race.
Rowing for Sydney University, Gooloogong's Nicola Metcalfe won gold in the Women's Under 21 Coxless Pair and a bronze in the eight.
