Megan Eyles, of Eulo Street, represented herself before the court charged with a mid range PCA and plead guilty.
According to police facts, around 12.20am on July 25, Eyles was in an accident which snapped a power pole, blacking out the area and causing electrical wires to fall into the intersection.
Eyles freed herself from the vehicle and police, NSW Fire and Rescue and Essential Energy attended the incident.
While waiting for paramedics Eyles told police she had been having difficulties with a previous partner and consumed five schooners of beer in five hours.
While she didn't suffer any injuries Eyles was taken to Orange hospital for further assessment.
While at hospital a blood sample was taken and given to the Forensic and Analytical Science Service FASS in Lidcombe.
The FASS testing returned an alcohol concentration of .124 grams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
Addressing the court Eyles said since the incident she had taken steps to see a drug and alcohol counsellor.
In sentencing, Magistrate Jillian Kiely said Eyles was lucky not to have received any injuries as a result of the collision.
"The circumstances are disturbing, no doubt disturbing and destressing to you, you were very fortunate you weren't badly injured," she said.
"You didn't just put yourself in danger, you brought down a power pole and blacked out the area, it could have been very dangerous for a lot of people."
