The Cowra local government area (LGA) has recorded one new case of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm on Monday, Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD) has announced.

It brings the number of total active cases in the Cowra LGA to 28.
21 new cases were identified across the WNSWLHD - 12 in Dubbo, one in Bathurst, one in Bourke, four in Narromine, one in Orange, one in Cowra and one in Oberon.

Drive through testing continues at the Cowra Showground between 9am and 3pm.
Testing is also available at the Cowra Respiratory Clinic at Cowra Medical Associates between 8.30am and 12.30pm.
