About 1pm, a 54-year-old man of Condamine, Queensland was driving a white Toyota north on the Lachlan Valley Way, Godfreys Creek.
At this time the Toyota has allegedly crossed to the incorrect side of the road and collided with a truck travelling south.
The impact has caused the truck to leave the roadway and collide with a table drain.
The white Toyota came to rest on the shoulder.
The driver and passenger of the Toyota exited the car. The driver of the Toyota was taken to Cowra Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The truck driver was not injured.
