Openers Jake Miller (8) and Darcy Callaghan (16) had a tough time before co-captain Jacob McNaught managed to slog 57 to get Valleys back on track.
Sam McNaught was then dismissed for 1, before Ben Cole made a handy 22.
Results seemed to see-saw for the visitors, with Jackson Moodie falling for 7 before Jarod Mason steadied the ship on 27.
Jack Stott (12) was the final batsman to score double figures, with Harrison Starr (4), Riley Marsh (3) and Mitch Amos (2) all dismissed for singles.
In reply, the Colts got off to a fast start with Israel Symington (10), Jock Yelland (34) and Peter Yelland (57) setting the pace for the home side.
Brent Tucker then fell for 15 before Ryan Dunn made a handy 27 not out.
Paul Dunford, alongside Dunn, then brought it home for the Colts on 15 not out and securing a six wicket victory in the final game of the regular season.
