More than $12,000 will go towards two new fully adjustable chairs for Cowra Hospital's chemotherapy ward, assisting patients undergoing treatment.
Cowra and District Cancer Action Group President, Graham Apthorpe presented a cheque for $12,660 to Sam Doorey and Sue Mangion recently.
Mr Apthorpe said "fundraising has been difficult in this time of COVID and any persons or organisations wishing to donate funds to the Cancer Action Group can do so by depositing into our bank account".
