Six players arrived to play, dividing into two games of three people. Lop sided double-single matches. Netta Noack played against Helen Bryant and Gwen Bush. Helen and Gwen worked hard on their game planning strategies and leading the game, keeping Netta struggling to keep up. Netta's game wasn't her usual one, and at the end had only scored 14 hoops to Helen and Gwen who pegged out with 26.
In the second game, Katrine Capps and Jan Trengove teamed up against Don Capps. The girls began well with good hooping and scoring until nearly the end when they made a few mistakes leaving Don to make the most of his opportunity and catch up, ending the game with a draw, 23 hoops each.

Pam Boler drew a singles game against Netta Noack. Both parties played a see-saw kind of game to begin with, easily missing roquets and hoops. As the game progressed, Netta became more careful with her mallet work, resulting in a more skillful game which gave her the lead and pegged out with 26 to Pam's 16.
Rosalie Nichols started very well with a quick hoop on the first, giving her quite a thrill to be off and going. Although Elaine Hall and Jenny Walker had a slow start, they soon caught up to Rosalie at hoop three and lead the game from then on. They won, 20 hoops to 10. They gave praise to Rosalie for her efforts with two better players against her.

A chilly afternoon and thirteen players arrived, divided into two games of four, one of three and one of two players. Netta Noack and Pam Boler joined forces against Don Capps. Don established a good lead with thoughtful tactical moves around the court. He was very frustrated as he moved closer to his goal by Netta and Pam as they scored a few hoops and did all they could to slow him down, keeping his balls separated and making him work the harder. However, skill prevailed and Don eventually won the game, pegging out with 26 to his opponents' 14.
Chris Palazzi and Katrine Capps teamed up to play Jan Trengove and Elaine Hall. Chris and Katrine started quickly leaving Jan and Elaine struggling on the first hoop for a while. The former pair had scored quite a few before a few good hoops from Jan had them under pressure. They went on to win with 22 hoops to 15. Jan was helping Elaine with her shots and developing her shooting skills.
A very attacking game was the description of the one between Jenny Walker and Ana Kusetic against Helen Bryant and Maria Buturac. Maria played very well after a few weeks absence and with partner Helen went on to win with 15 hoops. Jenny and Ana made the game as difficult as they could for their opposition while scoring their own points. They were unable to score more than 12 hoops. They were very pleased with their efforts though.
Colleen Houghton and Gwen Bush played the singles game. They described it as a very interesting game with very strange shots, so they must have enjoyed the tussle. Colleen finished a few hoops ahead of Gwen, 18-11.
