Easy, if you are Sarah Blizzard - you push a car.
Blizzard is back in Australia with all future bobsledding plans sitting squarely in the "to be confirmed" basket.
It hasn't meant training has stopped. The former Stawell Gift competitor has set her sights on returning to Europe in October to join the Australian bobsled team and compete at the World Championships.
Blizzard said she was thankful she returned to Australia in March, before the positive cases for coronavirus started to really increase across the country.
"I planned to stay in Australia from the end of the season, which was the Stawell Gift, and head off again in October," she said.
It's a lot more powerful training - but certainly different from what I've done in the past.

"If it is extended we can start applying for exemptions which our federation and Olympic Institute of Australia can help, too."
Blizzard said the world championships were to be hosted in the US during February 2021.
"There are talks there could be a back-up option like all things that are planned at the moment," she said.
Blizzard said she felt her parents were probably more nervous than her travelling across the world during the pandemic.
"There are a lot of people who have travelled overseas are testing positive for the virus. Once I'm over there we won't be in high tourist areas and won't be doing any tourist activities. We'll be focused on training and when travelling we'll be quite cautious of what we're doing."
Staying focused on her training while living in Canberra, Blizzard said she was thankful she was able to do most things and there were minimal coronavirus restrictions.
"I was lucky I got some gym equipment at the gym I train at while the tougher restrictions were in place," she said. "I was able to do some gym work at home."
"I am definitely faster than I was at this time last year and in the gym I am lifting a lot heavier weights because of the training I am doing," she said.
"I guess anything past 50m I would struggle big time with because I am only running 30m.
"It's a lot more powerful training - but certainly different from what I've done in the past."
Blizzard said pushing the car for training came about from a conversation she had with her family.
"Dad came up with the idea and we floated the idea around," she said. "You see a lot of bobsledders posting videos of themselves pushing cars and getting creative with their training.
"Dad was sitting in the front seat the whole time so there was someone sitting in the car the whole time - it was a bit of fun."
