The program, which runs from 10am until 12pm on Mondays during the school term, allows parents to have a time out while the kids enjoy Playgroup at the centre.
My Time Facilitator, Ros Ruskin Rowe, said the program varies from week to week and includes guest speakers, pampering, learning new skills and sometimes simply sitting and chatting.
"We work a lot on wellbeing, try and keep it really varied but we've done things like thought cards, we've done journaling, we've done a little bit of yoga breathing," she said.
"Just trying to encompass the whole person and make sure that mums who give so much out to others, and particularly children with needs, then get a chance to get a tiny something back."
"We give families the best support as early as possible to get the best outcome for their child."
Early Intervention Service Coordinator, Kim Parris, said the group provides support to the parents, regardless if their child has a diagnosis or not.
"The supported playgroup that coincides with MyTime gives families the chance to access services such as speech or occupational therapy in an informal manner, to have a conversation about whether their child is meeting their developmental milestones compared to their peers in a relaxed environment," she said.

"We believe that the peer support the ladies get from speaking to one another is so much more beneficial then for example, a therapy session because they are talking to someone who's in the same circumstances, they can share their knowledge.
"We thought the My Time complimented what we were bringing to the table up here."
MyTime is a free program funded by Playgroup NSW Australia.
