Briahna Leigh Palmer was before the court charged with common assault, contravening an AVO and two counts of failing to appear, having previously been found guilty in her absence.
According to police facts, around 11am on June 3, Palmer's victim attended Palmer's home to assist in cleaning it.
When the victim arrived they found the house untidy with dirty dishes, washing and used nappies throughout the house.
Palmer left the home before returning later to clean it.
While cleaning the victim and Palmer became involved in an argument with Palmer throwing a plastic Halloween tub at the victim, hitting them in the back.
The victim then punched Palmer and told her to, "have a go at her" before police were called.
In an interview with police she denied throwing the tub at the victim.
The facts also stated final orders in an AVO involving the victim were served to Palmer on August 5, 2018, valid until July 17, 2020.
Palmer's solicitor Clive Hill told the court his client didn't wish to disturb the conviction recorded in her absence.
"She is a woman who is not well, she suffers from lethargy which in my lay opinion is down to mental illness," he said.
"[The victim] comes and sees a pigsty, there's a physical altercation and Ms Palmer comes off second best.
"She really does need help and she would benefit from supervision," he said.
In sentencing Magistrate Michael O'Brien said Palmer might soon be facing jail time.
"You are reaching the end of the court's patience.
"It's time to face up to your responsibilities," he said.
"If you don't you may taste the deprivation of your freedom.
"Hopefully we don't see you again but if we do there will be consequences," Mr O'Brien told Palmer.
