The program included the Cowra Classic Pointscore Continental Championship as well as the Jackpot Trophy Handicap event.
The weather on Saturday was perfect for all contestants and a great afternoon was had by all.
The winner of the Pointscore Continental Championship was Matt Gerstenberg from Yass with a near perfect score of 148/150.

Local shooters who did well were Sam Dun, John Finn, Russell O'Leary and Adam Boswell.
The Handicap event was an all-local affair and after a shoot-off to determine the winner, David Hammond came out on top with a score of 28/29 closely followed by Adam Boswell 27/29 and John Finn on 25/27.
The High Gun for the afternoon was taken out by Matt Gerstenberg with a terrific score of 195/200.
Matt is a regular visitor to Cowra and this was a well-deserved win.

The Club is now gearing up for the Annual 2019 Len Bird Cowra Gold Cup weekend of events which will be conducted on August 3 and 4 and it always draws competitors from far and wide.
