Join us at our monthly meeting at the cosy and warm Cowra Services Club

President Sandra

Our meeting was held on May 3 at the Cowra Services Club.

The weather was very pleasant for our bi-annual, well attended, popular Fashion Parade from local shop Bushman's Boots and All.

Our five models, Sandra, Helen, Judy, Maureen and Shirley really excelled in choosing and modelling the very fashionable outfits on the day.

Jenny and Melissa, as always, helped us behind the scenes and made sure we all looked our best, with our accessories, handbags and jewellery, all from Bushman's Boots and All.

Bruce kept our members entertained with many jokes and descriptions of our outfits.

Margie Ryan thanked Bruce and the girls and presented each with chocolates as a token of thanks for their effort, along with their time for making our a parade a success.

Lucky door prize of a $50 voucher was won by Sandra, a big surprise but very welcome.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there will not be our annual Friendship Day this year, sorry to disappoint.

Our next meeting will be June 14, 10am for morning tea, 10.30am for meeting at the Cowra Services Club. Our guest speaker at this meeting will be Michelle Whitty from Mission Australia.

Our beautiful weather has gone and winer has come early, so ladies bring out your winter fashions and join us at our monthly meeting at the cosy and warm Cowra Services Club.

New members always welcome.
