The event attracted farmers from areas such as Victoria, Canberra, Bathurst, Yass, Wee Jasper, Molong, Millthorpe, Braidwood and Boorowa.
Co-organiser Kay Widdows from JJ Dresser and Co said she was pleased with the response from farmers.
"The day's been fantastic, we've been really pleased with the response," she said.

"There was a constant stream of people, the speakers were really well received and some of them have had standing room only."
The day featured stalls and guest speakers who tackled a number of topics, such as rural crime and animal nutrition.
The day also featured talks from Vice President of NSW Farmers Association, Chris Groves, the Chifley Rural Crime Squad and Livestock Research Officer from the Department of Primary Industries Cowra, Gordon Refshauge.
Ms Widdows said the field day gave farmers the chance to network with industry experts and representatives.
"I think having the opportunity to talk to the reps of the products that they use, they've been able to maybe get a bit more knowledge about the use of them," she said.
"We wanted to be representative of what was happening now, we've been in drought for so long, sheep prices are up, cattle prices are holding steady so that's where the Rural Crime Squad came in, because that's a very relevant issue.
"Lamb survival - lambs are starting to hit the ground so that's important, animal nutrition is always important. So what we did was try and have answers to the questions people might be asking."
Ms Widdows said she hopes to make the field day an annual event.
"I'd love to have it as an annual event in Woodstock because it's a nice, central location," she said.
"That will depend on the response we get from the exhibitors and comments we get back from the public and so far, it's been very encouraging."
