Cassandra Jo Glover, 24, failed to appear before magistrate Michael O'Brien in the Local Court charged with drive with an illicit drug present in her blood.
Glover was also fined $100 for speeding.
In sentencing, Magistrate O'Brien said Glover had "adequate opportunity to make submission".
According to the police facts presented to the court, about 3.55pm, on October 27, 2018, a Ford sedan driven by Glover was stopped by police conducting routine patrols on Canowindra Road at Cudal.
Police had checked the speed of the vehicle to have been travelling at 117-119km/h within the sign posted 100km/h area.
Breath and drug tests were conducted.
Glover's breath test result was negative, however her oral fluid test produced positive detection to cannabis and methamphetamine.
Glover was arrested for purpose of a secondary oral fluid test and taken to Cowra Police Station so the test could be carried out.
The secondary test produced a positive reading to THC, methamphetamine and cocaine.
In relation to the taking of the drugs, Glover told police "I had some Marijuana with some friends on Wednesday".
A sample of the secondary oral fluid test was sent to the NSW Forensic and Analytical Science Service at Lidcombe which returned positive results to cocaine, methamphetamine and THC.
