The evening saw Cowra Glass take out the big award on the night, the Cowra Bowling and Recreation Club Excellence in Business award.
Cowra MacDonald's Jem Smith received the Cowra Guardian Outstanding Young Employee Award, while Cowra Information and Neighbourhood Centre was named the Cowra Shire Council Employer of Choice.
The Imperial Hotel Excellence in Hospitality and Tourism Award went to the Cowra Japanese Garden and Cultural Centre.
Cowra/Grenfell Meals on Wheels took home the Geronimo Farm Equipment Excellence in Social Enterprise award.
Central Milling took out the Datavoice Communications Excellence in Innovation award while Alicia Ball was named the Lachlan Valley Hotel Outstanding Business Leader winner.
Rev'd Up Personal Fitness received the SWM Accounting Solutions Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
