Rural property consultant and Raine and Horne Principal David Fagan said he was really pleased to be able to partner with JJ Dresser principals John Sullivan and Tony Walker to offer real estate services to the Woodstock area.
Sound investment properties and affordable homes as well as good productive farm land makes Woodstock an ideal place for a wide range of people looking for real estate.
The area is well known for its prime agricultural land and for producing some of the best lambs and cattle in the region so it needs a specialist team to offer real estate advice, he said
The JJ Dresser team have years of stock and pasture experience while David Fagan has expertise in residential and property sales, his own farm operation, a horticulture diploma and farm management experience.
Mr Fagan said the village of Woodstock has a hotel, a school, a swimming pool, accommodation, delightful heritage buildings and it was well serviced by Cowra community health services.
JJ Dressers has recently taken on the role of the town’s paper shop and other services and will now offer information a full range of information on real estate through Raine & Horne Cowra.
Mr Fagan said buyers were constantly asking for small and large farms in the areas and recently there had been quite a bit of interest in the village with houses selling for between $200,000 to $300,000 and rentals at $250 per week.
Having the Raine & Horne franchise in partnership with JJ Dresser means Woodstock real estate will be marketed to a broad area of the state through their extensive network.
