Fourteen-year-old Misty Williams will be representing Australia and Kumiai Ryu Cowra at the New Zealand Martial Arts Championships this Sunday.

Last weekend, Misty competed at the AMAC ACT State Titles and has qualified 2018 Australian Titles to be held in December.
She will be competing in point sparring, freestyle sparring, traditional weapons, points contact, sumo, sword and Kata.
