FIREARMS, ammunition and stolen vehicles have been seized by police on a property south-east of Cowra.

About 11.30am on Wednesday, August 29, officers attached to the Chifley Police District and the Chifley Rural Crime Prevention Team executed a search warrant at a property on Tarrants Gap Road at Wyangala.
During the search, police seized five unregistered firearms – including a semi-automatic shotgun and a semiautomatic rifle – ammunition, two stolen vehicles, a Kobelco SK135 excavator and a stolen camper trailer.
No one was home at the time of the search.
Investigations are continuing.
Police have urged anyone with information in relation to this investigation to contact Cowra detectives on 6341 5099 or the Rural Crime Prevention Team at Bathurst Police Station on 6332 8699.
