About 11.30am on Wednesday, August 29, officers attached to the Chifley Police District and the Chifley Rural Crime Prevention Team executed a search warrant at a property on Tarrants Gap Road at Wyangala.
During the search, police seized five unregistered firearms – including a semi-automatic shotgun and a semiautomatic rifle – ammunition, two stolen vehicles, a Kobelco SK135 excavator and a stolen camper trailer.
No one was home at the time of the search.
Investigations are continuing.
