Cowra’s PCYC building on Binni Creek Road is opening its doors to the public on Saturday ahead of the beginning of the school holidays.

Cowra PCYC club manager Stewart Mead said the purpose of the open day is to provide members of the public with information about various programs the club has on offer and also give people a chance to try out different activities.
“It’s a day to open the club to the local community and give people a taste of what we do here,” Stewart Mead said.
Gymnastics, boxing and parkour demonstrations, and arts and crafts activities, will be on display throughout the day which begins about 10.30am and runs till 12.30pm.
Booking can be taken for the club’s new program for the upcoming school holidays designed for people aged eight to 15 years which will include a range of activities such as boxing, archery, laser tag and basketball.
Information will be available about the club’s vacation and after school care and bookings can be made for the school holidays.
