Cowra Art Group members are busy with plans and up-coming events for 2018, and have already enjoyed a happy get-together recently with morning tea at Taste Buds.

Wednesday, April 4, is the date for our Seniors Week event and plans are in hand for a special card making workshop.

The craft girls have a workshop planned for May, and the Spinners are organising exciting exchange visits with a spinning group from Orange, to see each other’s work and to learn from each other.

The quilters are working towards their annual exhibition in the Japanese Gardens, and also have a Charity quilt almost completed.

The Monday artists are an enthusiastic group and are planning a workshop, while the Wednesday/Saturday artists greatly enjoyed their charcoal workshop last Saturday with Canowindra artist and tutor Heather Vallance.

Our next social members Morning Tea is planned for Wednesday, April 21 at the Rogue Carriage.

More details later.

The next general meeting of the group is Tuesday, March 27 at 2 pm, and members are invited to come in early at 1pm and share a cuppa before the meeting begins.
