This might be some tinsel on your bike or a Santa Hat (under your helmet) or a Christmas tshirt.
Let’s see the Christmas spirit on Friday night! Best touch of Christmas for one guy and one girl will get a prize.
Saturday, December 16 the club has a skills day kindly sponsored by Cowra Council.
This will include an open water skills session with Dan Benton from the Barnyard fitness group at the Cowra pool from 7-8am and a warm up with mobility and stretching with Tabitha Jones from 6.45am to learn some exercises you can do at home to improve your swimming.
After swimming there will be a transition skills session with Dan from 8am-10am on the basketballs courts and mostly importantly a bacon and egg breakfast.
It’s FREE and we invite all club members and friends of the club to join in this great event.
Bring a towel, hat and your shoes.
We will be breaking for three weeks over Christmas and resume racing Friday, January 12 with our Interclub now confirmed for the January 21.
