Golf in Cowra returned to normal this week after a big eastern Weekend. The club had the pleasure to welcome our new Professional James Hundy to begin last Monday.
Tuesday saw 23 players contest the 18 hole event while another 13 played in the 9 hole comp. Wednesday we had the ladies comp with Terina John’s Massage sponsoring the event. Thursday saw our regular 9 hole Veterans event and the 18 hole Pro Comp Played with 41 veterans and 55 players in the Pro comp. Friday we had a 9 hole two person Ambrose for Anzac Day with a full field competing . Saturday saw a 18 hole Stableford event contested by 74 players including 14 visitors from a large range of clubs around the state. The Cowra course is attracting many visitors on a weekly basis indicating the desire to play here.
