Cowra golf continued this week with it normal Tuesday 9 & 18 hole events attracting 30 players. Wednesday saw a good turnout for the Anne Coates Memorial event with 34 men and 36 Ladies competing. Wednesdays event also included the WDLGA Spoons event which saw Sue Smith dominate with a score of 40 points Thursday Vets and Pro comp saw numbers down due to Wednesdays event. Wayne Rodwell winning the vets comp. Saturday saw an 18 hole Stableford sponsored by Websters Optometrist with Michael Brooks coming out on top with 41 points closely followed by Ken Harcombe on 40 points.
Easter weekend we will see the Cowra Easter Classic played, Fridays event will be An 18 hole Stableford with Saturday and Sunday being a stroke event. This events Major sponsor is Lachlan Fertilizer & Rural supplies
