Ms Treasure was a key panelist on Bayer Crop Science's International Day of Rural Women online webinar on Wednesday.
Hosted by journalist Kath Sullivan, Ms Treasure was joined by Senator Bridget McKenzie, Minister for Regionalisation, Regional Communications and Regional Education, researcher and founder of Ability Agriculture Josie Clarke and Dr Kelly Pearce, Yealering farmer and director at Grower Group Alliance.
On the agenda was how far women had come in agricultural industries, gender representation in the sector and challenges and opportunities in education for the next generation.
Running a mixed enterprise family farm with her father in Cowra, Ms Treasure has a passion for advocating for women in the agriculture industry.
She is a strong advocate for the agricultural sector and sits on the NSW Young Farmer Council.
Ms Treasure is also an alumni of the National Farmers' Federation 2030 Leaders program.
