Cowra Tourism are happy to announce that the popular Cowra Canola Tours will be returning for Spring 2018.
The two hour tour will include spectacular views of Cowra's Canola region, visits to canola 'hot spots' for unique photo opportunities, complimentary morning tea, a Cowra Town Tour and a visit to the beautiful Bellevue Hill Lookout with panoramic views of the Cowra region.
Cowra Tourism have partnered with the Cowra Japanese Garden for the tours this year which now include a garden entry pass.
Visitors can use the Japanese Garden pass at their leisure in the hope of encouraging an increase in overnight visitation for the region.
“Cowra’s beautiful Canola fields are nothing short of magical for visitors to our region. Each year, we welcome visitors from far and wide who are in awe of the fields of gold surrounding Cowra” said Cowra Tourism Manager, Belinda Virgo.
“Cowra Tourism has created the Cowra Canola Tours as way for these visitors to enjoy the Canola fields in a safe and enjoyable way” Belinda continued.
The Fields of Gold Tours are conducted by Cowra Tourism Corporation in conjunction with local operator Ideal Tours, at a cost of $50 per person, operating on Saturdays and Sundays throughout September and early October, depending on how the season progresses.
