With four teams in the 13-15 years age group (new to this round of Fast 5) and 11 teams in the senior division we are now up to our four week and all teams are enjoying a super fast but fun game of mixed netball.
Fast 5 is netball like you’ve never seen before; featuring dynamic rules changes including five players a side, shorter quarters, power plays and super shots, you sure notice not having your WA and WD on the court – talk about a workout.
This competition finishes on Thursday, December 9 but keep your eyes peeled for a new competition starting in early 2018.
Cowra Netball will also host Susan Pettit on December 9.
The Australian Diamond representative will host a clinic for the association’s players. She has visited in the past and very popular.
