Representatives of Eisteddfod Committees from all parts of Australia, as well as members of the Cowra Eisteddfod committee, will be attending the weekend of activities.
The weekend will commence with a Meet & Greet at the Cowra Services club, which will include a casual dinner, on Friday evening.
This function is open to anyone who would like to attend. The AESA Conference and meeting will be held at the Civic Centre all day Saturday, with the Cowra Committee hosting a lunch.
A brief set of entertainment will be provided for the guests by local eisteddfod competitors.
A special guest from APRA/AMCOS will be present to explain the changes to Copyright Laws, and to answer any questions from the eisteddfod representatives.
A dinner will be held at the Japanese Garden restaurant on Saturday evening, which will include another bracket of entertainment, as well as a speaker on some of Cowra’s history.
Sunday will be a Jig Saw where delegates discuss and answer questions that have been put forward by different Eisteddfod Committees.

This will be followed by a light lunch.
