Deputy PM and Member for Riverina, Michael McCormack MP visited the centre on Tuesday to see how the funding was assisting the Maldanha Wambinya project under CINC's Youth Connect program.
CINC CEO, Fran Stead, said the funding would mean the program could continue to run for the next three years.
"It's early intervention, working with the schools... we bring in the Elders group, we bring more of the Aboriginal community into the centre," she said.
"It really targets that gap and it is designed around closing the gap so we can move forward as a community and bring everyone together.
"It's specifically designed to keep Aboriginal youth out of juvenile justice so we are targeting that end as well."
