The club has provided $1000 sponsorship for the event, which will be held this year on Saturday, September 28.
Manager of the Cowra Japanese Garden, Shane Budge, said the sponsorship provided helps meet the running costs of Sakura Matsuri, enabling a greater variety of entertainment, demonstrations and Japanese Cultural activities throughout the day.
Mr Budge thanked the Services Club saying he hoped that all of the entertainers and facilitators that attended last year's festival will return for 2019.
"We are very grateful for the ongoing support of the Cowra Services Club and others that help make the festival a success," he said.
"We have contacted all of last year's performers and although we still have a couple to confirm, all have indicated that they would like to return this year."
Mr Budge said a vast array of stall holders had already booked their site.
"The Aikido Club of Senshu University will be travelling out from Japan to display their skills, and Wadaiko Rindo, the Taiko Drummers, will be returning to entertain the crowd," he said.
"There will be Tea Ceremonies, Ikebana and Bonsai demonstrations, and a variety of Japanese singers and dancers.
"Local performers will include the Torsion Youth Choreographic Ensemble, and Martial Arts displays by Kumiai-Ryu Martial Arts and Cowra Martial Arts Group."
