Moore was before the court charged with drive while licence cancelled and drive with an illicit drug in his system.
He was convicted of both offences, fined $200 on each charge and disqualified from driving for six months.
Moore was also appearing for a breach of a bond relating to charges from June 2017 when he threaten to destroy or damage property, giving false information and stalk/intimidate.
For breaching a bond imposed relating to these matters he was placed on an Intensive Corrections Order, told to abstain from drugs and receive rehabilitation treatment and continue participation in programs he is already taking part in.
The 2017 charges related to an incident at Centrelink in Bathurst where Moore was refused service after acting in an aggressive and offensive manner towards staff threatening to blow up the office.
Moore then placed a black bag on the floor and took out a power cord and plugged it into the wall sparking the arrival of police and the bomb squad who ultimately determined the device was innocuous.
Moore’s latest charges following him being stopped by police in Cowra for a random breath and drug test which returned a positive reading for methamphetamine.
Licence checks revealed his licence had been cancelled after he failed to re-activate it after a disqualification period..
“A lot of effort has gone into keeping you out of prison, don’t squander the effort that everyone has made on your behalf.
“I encourage you to continue the treatment, if you are successful and remain in keeping with that regime, as tough as it may be, it may be that we won’t see you here again.
“You are not allowed to drive for six months and don’t drive until your driving privileges are restored.
“If you re-offend within the next 12 months these matters come back, so don’t put yourself in that position.
“The Intensive Corrections Order will be supervised by Community Corrections.”
