During the random breath test Spicer produced a learners licence.
When asked by police why he was driving alone and unsupervised Spencer told police, “I just had to go to Maccas to get my daughter breakfast.”
Woman damages property
A 26-year-old Cowra woman has been fined $300 at Cowra Local Court after damaging the house her victim lived in.
Shannon Maree Spicer of Taragala Street failed to appear before the court.
According to police facts tendered at court, around 12.20pm on June 29, Spicer’s victim received a phone call from a neighbour saying that Spicer was coming to, “smash up her house”.
A short while later Spicer arrived at her victim’s house screaming abuse and demanding money from the victim.
While Spicer was at the victim’s home she kicked the screen door, smashed a bedroom window and banged on walls and windows.
When Spicer was later arrested by police she told them, “well she owes me money”.
