Cowra police will allege the male was driving a vehicle when it collided with a parked car on Main Street Gooloogong.
The male drive subsequently failed a roadside breath test and later provided a Breath Analysis reading of 0.126 when undergoing a test at the Cowra Police Station.
He was issued with a Court Attendance Notice and will appear before Cowra Local Court on July 19, 2017.
