The pilot, Squadron Leader Adrian Kiely, is a former Holmwood student and will be in the Central West conducting navigation training exercises.
Cowra and surrounding area residents are advised the aircraft will approach the school from the Northeast, and conduct the pass not lower than 600m and reach speeds up to 800km/h.
The jet will then conduct a circuit and low-level flight over Cowra Airport before returning to RAAF Base Williamtown, near Newcastle.
Cowra has a strong RAAF connection and Squadron Leader Kiely retains a strong connection to his hometown.
