The pile of furniture and homewares have been piled at the rear of a Fitzroy Avenue home and neighbours say it is not only unsightly, but dangerous.
Attracting hordes of vermin, the unwanted pile of rubbish has neighbours concerned.
Hell Horton is a nearby resident and said that members of the community have asked Cowra Council about the rubbish but have been told nothing can be done.
"It is dangerous, it has mice and rats coming into it which brings snakes at this time of the year," she said.
"It is also less than a block away from a family day care residence, which my son frequents and I don't want to have added concerns for his safety while he is there."
The rubbish has been sitting at the rear of the property for more than a month.
The Cowra Guardian approached Council in regards to the matter but is yet to receive a reply.
