Forbes CWA and Forbes CWA Evening Branch participated in the Association Country Women of the World's Walk the World Day.
On 29 April women of the two local branches walked together in friendship, to raise awareness of their work and support the charity.
CWA gives women a voice to help make change.
Some of CWA values include supporting each other, advocating on community issues, sustainable development and the protection of the environment and social issues.

The Associated Country Women of the World was founded in 1929 to bring together rural women and their organisations all over the world, and in so doing address the challenges they faced as a result of the isolation of their communities, discrimination against women, and their lack of standing in political processes.
